With nearly 40 years rooted in the Mitchell community and over 30 years of experience in property management, I bring deep local insight and a strong foundation in real estate to every client I serve. I combine analytical expertise with sound business judgment to help clients make confident, well-informed decisions—whether buying, selling, or investing. I’m passionate about supporting small business development and take pride in bringing that same entrepreneurial spirit to my real estate practice. I truly enjoy helping people and believe in the power of sharing knowledge to empower my clients every step of the way.

My approach is grounded in professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering results. I am genuinely excited to be part of the new adventure my clients are embarking on and I am honored to help guide them through one of life’s most meaningful milestones.

Outside of Ace Realty, I stay busy with a variety of business ventures. I own and operate a rental property company and hold a property management license. I also provide telecom consulting and business operations and accounting support to a range of clients. I’m proud to be a lifelong learner and graduate of Mitchell High School, Dakota Wesleyan University (B.A.), and the University of Sioux Falls (MBA). My husband Mike and I are proud parents of three children—two adult daughters and a son in high school.  Mitchell has been home to our family for decades, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back through both my professional and personal work.

In search of a new challenge, I joined Farmers Trading Company in Mitchell, SD, as a commodity broker, where I worked closely with agricultural producers to help them navigate the complexities of commodity trading. I also continued my passion for education by hosting classes that equipped producers with essential knowledge for their success. During this time, I discovered a strong interest in real estate, dedicating my spare moments to study the field. In 2004, my efforts paid off when I became a licensed real estate broker, and now, twenty years later, I remain committed to making the buying and selling process as smooth as possible.

Alongside my real estate career, I have spent the past 14 years as an agricultural business instructor at Mitchell Technical College, where my dedication to teaching was recognized with the Teacher of the Year award in 2024. My career is defined by my commitment to making complex processes accessible and understandable, as I believe that knowledge is key to empowerment for both my clients and students.

I have been happily married to my husband, Doug, for 35 years. Together, we have raised three children and are proud grandparents to one grandchild. We reside in Alexandria, SD, where my diverse background in education, business, and real estate enables me to make a meaningful impact in the community. I’m always just a phone call away, ready to help you navigate the real estate landscape and ensure you have the best experience possible.
